Details of the consultation can be found on the Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) website here.

The consultation closes on 10 June 2019

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a charge collected by the RBG on liable development and paid by developers, which enables RBG to fund new infrastructure.

A portion of the CIL collected (15%) is made available to be spent on local priorities in consultation with the community; this is known as Neighbourhood CIL or the Greenwich Neighbourhood Growth Fund (GNGF).

Round 3 of GNGF will launch later this year. Ahead of this RBG are carrying out a six week consultation to seek residents and community group’s feedback on the GNGF, and how the process could be improved.
