The Community Infrastructure levy (CIL) is a levy collected from developers by the Royal Borough of Greenwich.  A portion of this is made available to local groups to spend on projects for the good of the local community.  This portion of the money is called the Neighbourhood CIL or Greenwich Neighbourhood Growth Fund (GNGF).  Recent issues of Westcombe News have highlighted how some of this money has been spent.

The Royal Borough of Greenwich are now consulting further on how the process could be improved.  We encourage residents to take part in this process. The consultation can be found here
