The Greenwich Society have asked us to advertise a talk on July 1st at the West Greenwich Public Library. The event will involve drinks at 6.30pm and the talk at 7pm.

The speaker will be Owen Hopkins the author of a book about to be published called “ From the Shadows.The Architecture and After-life of Nicholas Hawksmoor.” Not surprisingly the topic of the talk will be Hawksmoor.

The cost  of £5 per head includes a drink, the talk and the opportunity to buy the book at a discounted rate.

The event is open to the public and they are anxious for there to be a good turnout. Tickets will be available on the door.
