The Greenwich Wire reported last week on the imminent decision to make the East and West Greenwich Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) permanent.  https://greenwichwire.co.uk/2025/09/26/greenwich-council-ltn-report-charlton-rat-running/

Residents have now received a letter.   The data in the letter seems sparse, further information, including tables, can be found in the reports, especiallyl the appendices.  These are available on the Council website here and below.

The decision is subject to ‘call-in’ by Councillors i.e. Councillors can ask for a delay to the decision to allow further discussion.  The deadline for Councillors to ‘call-in’ the decision is 9 October.  Contact your Councillor if you wish to encourage them to ‘call-in’ the decision.

Once decided a Traffic Management Order will be made.  This will trigger a 21 day period during which objections can be made.

We strongly advise that resident’s who have concerns read the reports and form their own views based on the data.
